Employment Services Specialist I, II, III
Under the general direction of the Workforce Services Director and the direct supervision of the functional supervisor, the Employment Services Specialist I, II or III will provide a range of services with workforce development partners under an integrated service delivery model to prepare one-stop career center clients to enter/re-enter the job market, retain employment and/or advance in their job or career. The incumbent will facilitate job seeker enrollment, assessment, skill development, job development, placement, and follow-up. Position may be assigned to various programs to serve special needs populations as necessary, e.g. adults with limited work experience, dislocated workers, CalWORKs or General Assistance recipients, the formerly incarcerated, English-as-second-language customers, etc.

Performance and Program Oversight Director
Under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Performance & Program Oversight Director oversees the administration, analysis, quality assurance and reporting of program and performance data for programs administered or overseen by the Oakland PIC, Inc., including, the performance management of programs funded under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) for Adults, Dislocated Workers and Youth in the City of Oakland.This position also acts as the WIA Program Complaint Resolution Officer for the Oakland PIC, Inc
